For the Banked Fire · grown, not yet shown

Surfacing

Let it show.

You landed on the Banked Fire — grown, not yet shown. The work is done and it’s real; it simply hasn’t surfaced. This is where it does.

Where you are

You’ve done the digging. What’s left isn’t more of it.

The Banked Fire is a quiet, common place for capable women: changed on the inside, still composed on the outside, waiting — sometimes without noticing — for permission to let it through.

The growth is banked. Here it’s allowed to rise.

What this is

Surfacing is twelve weeks of letting what you’ve earned become visible — on purpose, in front of people, at a pace you set.

Not more inner excavation. The other kind of work: presence, expression, being seen as who you’ve already become.

It shows because it’s real.

The shape of it
Format12-week live cohort
The workVisibility, not digging
SettingSmall group
Live cadence10 calls across 12 weeks
  • Twelve weeks, live, in a small cohort — structure and company for the surfacing.
  • The work is visibility — letting the inside reach the outside, deliberately.
  • Done in front of people, because that’s where this particular work happens.
  • Group by design. A banked fire surfaces faster witnessed than alone.
How it runs

Ten group calls across twelve weeks. Not ten weeks of content stretched thin — ten working sessions with integration weeks after weeks four and eight.

Those two weeks have nothing scheduled in them on purpose. What you surface has to be lived with before it is built on, and most programmes quietly skip that part.

Live calls sit on at most two fixed weekdays.

The gaps are the pedagogy.

Whether it’s your door
This is for you if

The inner work is genuinely behind you, and the only thing missing is letting it show.

It isn’t, yet, if

It still feels like there’s digging left — that’s Foundations’ work, or Roots’, and starting here would only ask the glow to run ahead again.

The investment
$4,500the twelve weeks · or four to six monthly payments

If you came through Foundations, that fee credits here. The pace stays yours throughout.

If you’re ready to let it show, here’s the door.
