The Banked Fire is a quiet, common place for capable women: changed on the inside, still composed on the outside, waiting — sometimes without noticing — for permission to let it through.
The growth is banked. Here it’s allowed to rise.
Surfacing is twelve weeks of letting what you’ve earned become visible — on purpose, in front of people, at a pace you set.
Not more inner excavation. The other kind of work: presence, expression, being seen as who you’ve already become.
It shows because it’s real.

Ten group calls across twelve weeks. Not ten weeks of content stretched thin — ten working sessions with integration weeks after weeks four and eight.
Those two weeks have nothing scheduled in them on purpose. What you surface has to be lived with before it is built on, and most programmes quietly skip that part.
Live calls sit on at most two fixed weekdays.
The gaps are the pedagogy.
The inner work is genuinely behind you, and the only thing missing is letting it show.
